This offering is for clients that need guidance and walking them through the process of finding their desired carer role, customizing their resume to the job description, preparing the for interviews, and support them in maximizing their total compensation.

This service pays for itself as we typically end up increasing our clients total compensation ranging from 8% - 98% based upon our clients success stories, by obtaining a new role or by negotiating additional value from initial offer to final accepted offer.
What's Included?
(1) Customized ATS Keyword Matching Resume and (1) General Customized resume to a range of positions + Strategic Job Sourcing Process Coaching + Job Application Coaching + Interview Coaching + Salary Negotiation + Tool for Success (Bonus). We continuously work with our clients over the course of a 4 month term to teach them everything we know and to land them a new role within that time frame.
What Do We Do?
With this 1:1 service, we walk with our clients through the entire process from strategically finding the career role of that they desire, customizing the resume to the job description, interview preparation (pre, intra, and post), and salary negotiations.
Alternative Payment Option
At our discretion, we will work with our clients offering the same package but instead of paying up front, the client shall pay 2% of the total compensation offered as applicable (sign on bonus + salary + company equity + relocation money + any other offered money) upon acceptance of an offer letter in the form of a contingency fee.
example 1 - client accept offer for $100k with $60K in company equity, client will pay $3,200.
example 2 - client accepts offer for $100K with $20K sign on bonus, client will pay $2,400
example 3 - client accepts offer for $100K with 40K relocation + 20K sign on bonus + 40K in company equity, client will pay $4,000

This is for Students and Professionals that are currently seeking employment or working, and are looking to make a career/company swap, to apply for their next role that will provide that salary boost/job grade jump for financial stability and career happiness.
This includes the development of one customized resume to a job description and one general resume for positions outside of the job description.
