We continuously work with our clients over the course of a 4 month term to teach them everything we know and to land them a new role within that time frame.
What Do We Do?
With this 1:1 service, we walk with our clients through the entire process from strategically finding the career role of that they desire, customizing the resume to the job description, interview preparation (pre, intra, and post), and salary negotiations.
Resume customizations for future positions with different job titles will be discounted to $50 each.
This is for Students and Professionals that are currently seeking employment or working, and are looking to make a career/company swap, to apply for their next role that will provide that salary boost/job grade jump for financial stability and career happiness.
This includes the development of one customized resume to a job description and one general resume for positions outside of the job description.
This is for clients that want a stand out strategy that makes them memorable, unique, competitive, and qualified per the position they have applied for. We have a range of Interview preparation strategies ranging from pre interview strategies and tactics, intra interview strategies and tactics, and post interview strategies and tactics. It's not just what we do, but the mindset and explanation of why and the benefit it provides to our clients to make them the preferred candidate.
This is highly recommended as our strategies are experience based and not found online which gives you the competitive advantage amongst the competition.
This is for clients that have received the initial offer letter. Upon notification of the call, Tomorrows Monday will review the offer letter including benefits and total compensation with the client and benchmark against the industry and company peers to develop a negotiation plan to potentially deliver a higher salary, sign on bonus, relocation benefits, PTO, rollover vacation time, etc.
This service is very critical as we present all options on what to look for and ask for during salary negotiations to avoid leaving any and all "available money" on the table while ensuring your salary is being considered at the "average market/industry rate" per your experience level or higher!
